How to Play
A social deduction game where one player doesn't belong!
The Goal
- Find the imposter among you!
- The imposter tries to blend in without knowing the secret location.
Setup
- Gather 4-12 players in the same room.
- One player creates a game and shares the room code.
- Everyone joins using the 5-letter code.
Roles
- Most players are Crew - they know the location and their role.
- The Imposter sees only "???" - they must figure out where they are!
Gameplay
- Take turns asking each other questions about the location.
- Crew members should answer convincingly without revealing too much.
- The imposter must bluff their way through without getting caught.
Good Questions
- "What would you typically wear here?"
- "What might you hear in this place?"
- "What would you do if something went wrong?"
Voting
- When the timer runs out (or someone calls a vote), everyone votes.
- The player with the most votes is eliminated.
- If it's the imposter - the crew wins!
- If it's not - the imposter wins!
Tips
- As crew: Be specific enough to prove you know the location, but vague enough to not help the imposter.
- As imposter: Listen carefully and pick up on context clues to figure out the location.
- Don't be too quiet - it looks suspicious!
Example Round
Location: Hospital 🏥
Alex: "What would you wear to work here?"
Sam (Crew): "Something clean and professional."
Jay (Imposter): "Uh... comfortable shoes?"
Jay's vague answer raises suspicion! 🤔
